Role & responsibilities
Oversee and manage the nursing department to ensure high-quality patient care.
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards.
Supervise nursing staff, conduct training, and ensure career development.
Coordinate with doctors, hospital administration, and other departments for smooth operations.
Monitor patient care services, maintain records, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Handle staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation effectively.
Promote a culture of compassion, safety, and excellence in patient care.
Preferred candidate profile
B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid Nursing Council Registration.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Experience in NABH-accredited hospital preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
