Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, vendor/customer accounting, and finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations.
Perform bank, ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment records.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.




Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns and reconciliation of GST data.
Prepare TDS workings, challans, and support TDS return filing.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Support preparation of Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and other financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents and information.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up with concerned teams.
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory requirements.
Assist the Finance Manager/Accounts Head with MIS reports and other financial analysis.
Support budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and other finance-related activities as required.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
