Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the HR team in building a strong workforce. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong sourcing capabilities, and experience in hiring for corporate and operational roles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Understand job requirements and prepare effective job descriptions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining formalities.




Negotiate salary and coordinate offer letters with the HR team.
Ensure candidates join within the agreed timeline.
Maintain proper recruitment records and MIS reports.
Handle bulk hiring and multiple positions simultaneously when required.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
Follow company HR policies and recruitment procedures.
