About the Role

We're looking for a Backend Developer / Tester (02 years' experience) with a solid foundation in Python and hands-on exposure to Django. This role suits a fresher or early-career developer who has gained practical experience through an internship, previous job, or a substantial academic/personal project.





Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and test backend applications using Python and Django
Work on APIs, backend logic, database interactions, and application workflows
Write clean, reusable, maintainable Python code
Debug backend issues and identify root causes of application errors
Perform functional and API-level testing of backend features
Identify, document, and track bugs, working with the dev team to resolve them
Collaborate with developers and product teams to translate requirements into backend features
Perform basic database operations and understand data flow across the backend
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment
Work with basic DevOps practices Git, deployment workflows, environments, application logs
Help ensure the platform's stability, reliability, and performance
