Job Title: Telecaller

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Explain courses, fees, eligibility, and admission details clearly.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
Handle student enquiries professionally and provide appropriate information.

Requirements
Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Pleasant personality and confidence while speaking with customers.
Previous telecalling, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
Ability to work towards leads generation and follow up consistently.

Salary

₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
