What this role is about: Bringing real-world Programmatic Advertising expertise into Kraftshala's job-linked programs through training, mentoring, curriculum development, and practical problem-solving to ensure our student marketers are industry-ready from Day 1.
Responsibilities
Training: Conducting regular live sessions for small and large groups across Programmatic Advertising from fundamentals and campaign planning to audience strategy, media buying, optimization, measurement, and reporting.
Developing Academic Content: Combining insights from your hands-on experience with current industry practices to create simplified frameworks, examples, and learning material for students. You will also help us experiment with current platforms, tools, and approaches to keep our training current.
Practical Learning Mentoring: Reviewing student projects and assignments, conducting doubt-solving sessions, and providing actionable feedback that helps students think and work like real Programmatic professionals.
Industry Relevance:



Bringing examples and perspectives from real campaigns, across different categories, objectives, audiences, and media strategies, to help students understand how Programmatic works beyond theory.
Must-Have Skills
38 years of hands-on experience in Programmatic Advertising. We are not too fussed about the number of years. Experience is simply a proxy for capability, which is what we really care about.
Robust hands-on experience with DV360
Experience planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on Programmatic campaigns.
Solid understanding of areas such as:
Audience targeting and segmentation
Open Auction
Private Marketplace (PMP) and Programmatic Guaranteed
Frequency management
Brand safety and suitability
Viewability
Measurement and attribution
Good-To-Haves
Experience working across multiple brands, categories, or campaign objectives.
Familiarity with other major Programmatic
