A CAD Manager in the real estate sector is responsible for managing CAD drawings, design documentation, layouts, and coordination between architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all CAD drawings for real estate projects.
Prepare, review, and update architectural, civil, MEP, and layout drawings.
Establish CAD standards, templates, and documentation processes.
Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and external consultants.
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of drawings and revisions.
Maintain drawing records, version control, and project documentation.
Lead and guide CAD designers/draftsmen.
Support project planning and execution through technical drawings.
Preferred profile: Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with robust AutoCAD knowledge and experience managing drawings and teams in real estate.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
