Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, confident, and customer-oriented Guest Relations Executive / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming guests, handling calls, coordinating meetings, and providing an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage the reception area and ensure it is maintained in a neat and presentable condition.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally.
Understand visitors' requirements and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and client visits.
Maintain visitor records and reception-related documentation.




Coordinate with the sales team regarding client arrivals and site visits.
Provide basic information about the company and its real estate projects.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely communication with the concerned team.
Maintain a qualified relationship with clients and visitors.
Assist the HR/Admin team with basic administrative and coordination activities when required.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Hindi and English.
Pleasant personality with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
Valuable telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Ability to multitask and manage visitors and calls efficiently.
Prior experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, front office, or real estate will be an advantage.
