Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Microbiologist to join our R&D; team. The candidate will be responsible for microbiological testing, culture maintenance, laboratory analysis, documentation, and quality evaluation of microbial products.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct microbiological testing and analysis of raw materials, samples, and finished products.
- Perform microbial culture preparation, isolation, identification, and maintenance.
- Carry out microbial count, purity, contamination, and viability testing.
- Handle laboratory instruments and microbiological equipment.
- Maintain proper laboratory hygiene, sterilization, and aseptic conditions.
- Prepare culture media, reagents, and laboratory solutions.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, and documentation.
- Support R&D; activities related to microbial formulations and bio-products.
- Monitor and investigate microbial contamination issues.




- Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Quality Control, and Production teams.
- Maintain microbial cultures and laboratory inventory.
- Perform any other microbiological activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of microbiological techniques and laboratory practices.
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and microbial culture handling.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate basic microbiology laboratory equipment.
- Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of biofertilizers, biopesticides, or agricultural microbiology will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience Experience in agricultural microbiology, biofertilizers, biopesticides, microbial formulations, or R&D; laboratories will be preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on qualification and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
