Location - Mumbai /n /n JOB OVERVIEW: /n /n This role requires the Senior Manager/VP to efficiently perform with a team as well as need to be an individual contributor as per the need and nature of the assignment. He/She should preferably be a postgraduate in architecture/planning/finance professional with a solid pedigree of analytical & problem-solving skills. He/she should have the capability of churning out the consulting & valuation assignments independently. He/she requires to interacting closely with the heads & teams of various functions in the organization. The knowledge of capital markets is an added advantage. /n /n DUTIES &

RESPONSIBILITIES /n /n Consulting, Valuations and Research Assignments: /n - Executing the Consulting assignments for Real Estate including Highest and the best use study, financial feasibility study, Development option Study, Business strategy, asset monetization strategy, transaction advisory etc. /n - Real Estate Valuation reports for various financial institutions, corporate clients, and individuals. Be able to efficiently communicate the outcome with the market trends, the relevant data points and the assumptions /n - Churning out the research-focused studies such India economic reports, real estate market trends analysis,



industry chapters (part of DRHPs of the IPOs – Real Estate companies) /n /n Other Peripheral Tasks: /n /n Updating the DCR knowledge and bylaws periodically /n Site visits as and when required /n Updating the database with the real estate trends in various real estate markets. /n Contributing to the client management, preparation & presentation of business pitches/proposals and assignment thesis. /n Assisting to the business development initiatives by the departmental head. /n Contributing to the RFP and empanelment related tasks /n /n Hiring Profile /n Qualifications: /n Post-graduation in architecture/planning or MBA from a leading educational institution /n /n Competencies &

Skills: /n /n Must have experience in valuation or Consulting domain /n Preference for prior experience in commercial real estate industry /n Excellent analytical capabilities and problem solving & presentation skills with proficiency in excel and power point. /n Ability to effectively summarize, articulate and communicate critical takeaways to the clients /n Ability to coordinate across functions and stakeholders in and outside the organization (including the legal & tax consultants etc.) /n Exposure and knowledge of capital markets will be an added advantage /n
