Position: SENIOR MANAGER - SALES & MARKETING FOR ONLINE TUITION (WEST BENGAL BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION)

Location: Santoshpur Kolkata / Panskura East Midnapore

Key Job roles: The applicant will have total responsibility for Sales and Marketing. This will include manpower planning and deployment, reaching out to schools and channel partners, visit to schools, tie up with Schools and tie up student enrolments, social media lead generation and conversion through tele counselling, student acquisition, Client segmentation and Growth.

- Tie up with schools across West Bengal and develop business with them.




- Tie up with other tuition centres, retired teachers, influencers for student enrolment.
- Convert leads from social media to enrolment.
- Digital marketing, Promotions, Student mobilisation, counselling and enrolment and onboarding.

Nature: Full time. Work from office

Preferred Background:

1. Previous experience in Sales & Marketing in Education sector and Online tuition is highly desirable.
2. Must possess existing strong relations with West Bengal Board schools.
3. Good sales and marketing skills, understanding of student enrolment and acquisition in the local market.
4. MBA / M.Sc. / MA / MSW / Engineering (BE/B.Tech) / M. Com / Mas communication
5. High computer proficiency, mastery of English and Bengali language and report preparation.
6. Positive understanding of EDTECH digital delivery and school tuition market.
