/n • Provide leadership across onboarding & reference data functions /n • Manage complex operations with solid control frameworks /n • Drive process improvements using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies /n • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies /n • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve business challenges /n • Develop talent, improve engagement, and reduce attrition /n • Leverage data-driven insights for decision-making /n Required Qualifications: /n • 10+ years of experience in Account Onboarding &
