Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager Healthcare RCM to lead end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations and drive operational efficiency, revenue optimization, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Healthcare RCM and ABA Billing, with proven experience in data analysis, root-cause analysis, denial management, AR management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Healthcare RCM operations, including Medical Billing, Rejections, Insurance AR, Denial Management, and Credit Balance Resolution.
- Manage ABA Billing, Authorization Management, and payer-specific guidelines.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, gaps, and systemic issues.
- Conduct detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive proactive problem-solving and preventive controls to minimize revenue leakage and rejections.
- Improve Clean Claim Rate, Collections, DSO, and overall RCM performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams while maintaining a high-performance culture.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience





- Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 12+ years of overall Healthcare RCM experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing ABA Billing / ABA clients.
- Strong hands-on experience in Medical Billing, AR Follow-up, Denials, Rejections, and Credit Balance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong RCA capability.
- Experience in handling large operational datasets and converting insights into actionable strategies.
- Robust team management and stakeholder management skills.
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; Green Belt considered for candidates with strong RCM operational experience.
