- Estimation & Billing.
- Estimation of MEP (HVAC , Electrical , Plumbing , Fire Fighting , Networking , FAS Etc )
- Certification of R/A and final bills of the contractors and vendors as per the stipulated terms Conditions of the respective contract agreement.
- Understanding drawings of all disciplines and calculating the quantities for MEP Works.
- Preparation of BOQ, Estimation & Budget along with the technical specification as per the initial tender drawings and formulating priced BOQ as per the market rates for the Design & build projects.
- Preparation of Quantity Variations with respect to the GFC, Non-Tender items Rate analysis
- Checking & certifying all consultants, Contractors, and sub-contractors’ bills and passing to accounts department.
- Discussing & finalizing the rates with supplier with good negotiation skill and issuing the Purchase order to supplier.
- Maintaining and updating master rates for all material based on the market price and vendor data base for contractors.
- Preparation of Rate analysis and work order, comparative statement, Reconciliation process etc
- Detailed measurement sheet /Quantity take off sheet from drawings.
- Document any changes in design and update budgets accordingly!
Required Skills
