Key Responsibilities:
Generate life insurance business through Defence establishments and Defence personnel.
Build and maintain solid relationships with Army, Navy, Air Force, Ex-Servicemen, and Defence organizations.
Conduct customer meetings, financial need analysis, and insurance product presentations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Drive business through lead generation, referrals, and customer engagement activities.
Organize awareness programs, seminars, and insurance camps at Defence locations.
Ensure high levels of customer service and policy persistency.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and service support.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Life Insurance, Banking, BFSI, Defence Sales, or Relationship Management.
Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
Local market knowledge preferred.
Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in Life Insurance/Agency Channel.
Exposure to Defence or Government employee customer segment.
Target-oriented and self-motivated skilled.
