We are looking for a energetic and technically sound Sales Manager to support business growth in the refrigeration, chiller, and industrial automation sector. The candidate will be responsible for dealer network development, OEM sales, customer relationship management, and market expansion across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealer & Distribution Management
Develop and strengthen dealer and distributor networks.
Coordinate with channel partners to improve sales performance.
Provide technical and commercial support to dealers.

OEM Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop OEM clients in refrigeration and chiller industries.
Execute sales strategies for controllers, panels, and automation products.
Generate current business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.

Product Promotion & Marketing
Support product promotions, presentations, brochures,



and technical demonstrations.
Coordinate with marketing teams for brand visibility and campaigns.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Customer Support
Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain solid relationships with existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Export & International Sales
Support export sales activities and international market development.
Coordinate with overseas customers and distributors.
Assist in export documentation and compliance.

Field Sales
Travel for dealer visits, customer meetings, and business development activities.
Market research and competitor analysis.
