About the Role

We are hiring Sales & Relationship Managers for a reputed banking organization. The role offers an opportunity to build a career in banking and financial services through customer relationship management, sales, business development, and banking operations.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Acquire new customers through leads, references, and market visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products and services.
Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide timely support and service.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer applications and requests.
Maintain customer records and follow banking processes, policies,



and compliance requirements.

Who Can Apply?
Age: 20–25 years
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.
Academic Criteria: Minimum 50% marks in Graduation
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates with valuable communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills will be preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable with sales, customer interaction, and local travel.
