About the Role

Dehati Gramothan Vikas Samiti (DGVS) is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Qualified Accountant to manage financial accounting, documentation, reporting, compliance, and financial monitoring related to DDU-GKY 2.0 Skill Development projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting and financial management within the Skill Development / Training / Government-funded project sector and should be familiar with project-based accounting, utilization documentation, audits, and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions related to DDU-GKY 2.0 projects.
Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, bills,



receipts and supporting documents.
Handle project-wise accounting, expenditure tracking and financial reconciliation.
Prepare periodic financial statements, expenditure statements and management reports.
Monitor project budgets, expenses and fund utilization as per approved norms and guidelines.
Maintain proper documentation for project expenditure, payments, advances and settlements.
Coordinate with the project, training and administration teams for financial documentation.
Prepare and maintain records required for fund utilization and project audits.
Support internal, statutory and project-related audits and provide required financial documents.
Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, cash, advances, vendor payments and project expenses.
Verify bills, invoices, supporting documents and payment requests before processing.
