Role & responsibilities
Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot ATM and tea/coffee vending machines.
Diagnose electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hardware-related issues.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer locations.
Attend service calls and resolve technical issues within the required timeline.
Replace faulty components, parts, sensors, motors, pumps, PCBs, and other equipment as required.
Conduct machine testing and ensure proper functioning after repair.
Maintain service reports, job sheets, spare-part records, and maintenance documentation.
Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams for issue resolution.
Provide technical support and basic machine-operation guidance to customers.
Travel to customer locations/sites for installation and service requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with ATM Machine Service Engineering experience are highly preferred.
Candidates with experience in Tea/Coffee Vending Machine servicing are also preferred.

Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Positive customer-handling and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for field-service assignments.
