About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Accountant to manage the company’s day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate accounts, monitor cash flow, and ensure timely financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions of the company.
Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, invoices, payments, and receipts.
Track accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Monitor company cash flow, budgets, and monthly expenses.
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
Handle client invoicing, payment follow-ups, and outstanding receivables.
Process vendor payments and maintain proper payment records.
Reconcile bank accounts and company financial records regularly.
Coordinate with management for budgeting, financial planning, and expense control.
Maintain records and documents required for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with external auditors, CA, and tax consultants when required.
Provide management with financial insights, expense analysis,



and cash-flow updates.
Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded.

Requirements
Experience in accounting and finance operations.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic statutory compliance.
Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to manage accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company financial information.
Good organisational and communication skills.

Preferred
Experience managing accounts for a growing company or agency.
Experience handling GST and TDS compliance.
Experience coordinating with CA/auditors.
Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
