Role & responsibilities
Teach basic to intermediate Hebrew to employees preparing to work in Israel.
Focus on practical speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Help candidates communicate confidently with employers, supervisors, and colleagues.
Train candidates on everyday and workplace Hebrew relevant to their job roles.
Introduce basic Israeli culture, workplace etiquette, and common communication practices.
Conduct regular practice sessions, assessments, and mock conversations.
Track candidate progress and provide feedback to improve their language skills.
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure candidates are ready for deployment.
