Reliance Entertainment Studios Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Screenplay Writing / Development Intern to join our creative team and gain hands-on experience in the development of films, web series, and digital content.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:
Has a robust interest in screenwriting, storytelling, films, OTT, and digital content
Has positive writing, research, and communication skills
Understands the basics of story structure, character development, screenplay writing, and dialogue
Enjoys brainstorming and developing original story ideas and concepts
Can research subjects and translate research into concept notes, synopses, treatments, and story ideas
Has an understanding of current trends in cinema, OTT platforms, YouTube, and social media storytelling
Is creative,



curious, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Is comfortable working with Google Docs, Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, and other commonly used digital tools
Is open to exploring AI-assisted writing, research, and ideation tools
Students or recent graduates from Film, Mass Communication, Journalism, Literature, Creative Writing, Media, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply

What You’ll Work On

As a Screenplay Writing / Development Intern, you will get exposure to:
Brainstorming and developing story ideas and creative concepts
Conducting research for films, web series, and digital projects
Preparing concept notes, loglines, synopses, treatments, and character profiles
Assisting in screenplay development and narrative structuring
Supporting the development of long-form content such as films and web series
Exploring ideas for short-form and digital content, including YouTube an
