JOB DESCRIPTION – EVENT MANAGER

Role: Event Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute school events and functions.
Coordinate with management, teachers, students, guests, and vendors.
Manage venue setup, decoration, sound, lighting, catering, and logistics.
Handle event schedules, guest management, and on-ground coordination.
Manage event budget, quotations, and vendor payments.
Coordinate promotional materials, photography, and social media coverage.
Ensure smooth execution, safety, discipline, and timely completion of events.
Prepare post-event reports and maintain event records.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and time-management skills.

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in event management, administration, hospitality, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
