Senior Manager- Parent Engagement/ Head of Admissions
Role Overview
We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented skilled to lead the academic assessment of prospective students while also supporting the admissions process and content development initiatives. This is a multi-faceted role that blends academic understanding, communication, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Assessment
Design and conduct assessments for prospective students across grade levels
Evaluate student performance and provide structured feedback to the admissions team
Ensure assessments align with the school’s academic philosophy and standards
Maintain records and reports of student evaluations
Admissions Support (Calling & Follow-ups)
Connect with prospective parents to guide them through the admissions process
Handle admission-related queries with clarity and warmth
Conduct follow-up calls and maintain a strong conversion funnel
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
Student Admission Records & Documentation
Support the team with the admission records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
Ensure all required documents are collected, verified, and systematically stored basis the policy of the organization.
Content Development & Curation
Develop and curate engaging academic and communication content (internal & external)
Support creation of newsletters, assessment formats, school communication, and basic marketing content
Collaborate with academic and marketing teams for consistent messaging
Key Skills & Competencies
Solid academic grounding and understanding of school curriculum
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
Ability to engage confidently with parents and students
