We are looking for a high-energy SaaS sales skilled to drive end-to-end sales for our LegalTech platform (CLM, E-Sign, Legal Ops solutions). This role requires ownership of the full sales cyclefrom outbound prospecting and discovery to product demos, negotiations, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Conduct extensive outbound calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads
Identify and engage key stakeholders (Legal, Procurement, Finance, CXOs)
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
Discovery & Solution Selling
Understand client pain points across contract management, legal operations, and compliance
Conduct consultative discovery conversations to map business needs
Position the product effectively based on use cases and industry context
Product Demonstrations
Deliver compelling product demos tailored to customer requirements
Translate product features into business value and ROI
Collaborate with pre-sales/product teams for customized demonstrations (if required)
Deal Management & Closure
Own the complete sales cycle from first touch to closure
Handle objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations
Drive timely follow-ups and stakeholder alignment to close deals
Relationship Management
Build solid relationships with prospects and customers
Ensure smooth handover to onboarding/customer success teams post-closure
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity tracking in CRM
Provide regular forecasts and sales reports
Track key metrics: conversion rates, deal velocity, and win rates
