Key Responsibilities
Coordinate product development and sampling from initial concept to final product.
Communicate with clients, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
Understand client requirements, specifications, and product details.
Prepare and maintain product sheets, costing, quotations, and order details.
Follow up on samples, materials, production, quality, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure products meet required quality standards.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify current product and design opportunities.
Maintain records of orders, samples, approvals, and production updates.
Resolve production or client-related issues and ensure smooth order execution.
Assist in developing new products according to market and customer requirements.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree/diploma in Fashion, Textile, Product Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in merchandising or product coordination.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
Freshers with relevant education and valuable communication skills can also apply.
