Key Responsibilities
Manage Raw Material, SFG & FG inventory, including inward, storage, movement and stock control.
Handle GRN, ERP entries, stock reconciliation and reorder planning to maintain inventory accuracy.
Manage batch/lot traceability, expiry control and FIFO/FEFO for reagents and consumables.
Manage FG dispatch, logistics coordination and shipment tracking as per production and sales requirements.
Coordinate with courier/transporters for pickup, shipment tracking and timely delivery.
Ensure proper device packaging, labelling, packing standards and transit protection.
Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans,
e-way bills, packing lists and dispatch documents.
Maintain dispatch records, shipment status and proof of delivery (POD) for complete traceability.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with ERP / Inventory Management systems such as SAP, Tally, Zoho, Tranzact or similar.
Working knowledge of ISO 13485, material traceability and medical-device inventory controls.
Positive MS Excel, documentation, communication skills and Ability to coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Procurement and Logistics teams.
