Roles and Responsibility
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including chat, email, and voice.
Work in a quick-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
Stay updated with process changes and updates to improve performance.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements
Experience in international blended processes, preferably in a BPO or call center setting.
Fluent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations.
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ecommerce chat, blended, and voice processes is an added advantage.
