We are looking for a highly driven, analytical and organised professional to work closely with the Co-CEO and Sales leadership. The role combines Founders Office support, Sales Business Operations, Performance Analytics and Cross-Functional Coordination.
The individual will track business performance, identify gaps and blockers, provide actionable insights, and ensure timely execution of key business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Founder’s Office Support
Coordinate Co-CEO’s meetings, priorities and key business activities.
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting briefs and MOMs.
Track key decisions, action items and ensure timely closure.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
Sales Operations & Performance
Track and monitor Sales performance across core business and Value Added Services (VAS), including MetaStay, MetaInsurance and MetaFinance.
Monitor Target vs. Actual vs. Previous Period performance.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, MIS and dashboards.
Identify underperforming teams/regions and highlight key business trends.
Business Analytics & Insights
Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
Identify early warning indicators and business risks.
Convert data into explicit, actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop dashboards using Advanced Excel and preferably Power BI.
Candidate Profile
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify problems, develop practical solutions and drive them to closure.
Positive understanding of Sales and business performance metrics.
