Cyber Security team is looking for day-to-day email security incident triage and supporting secure communication channels. The role focuses on monitoring and escalating phishing, spoofing, or policy-violating messages.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and investigate email alerts from tools like Mimecast.
Quarantine management and protected release handling.
Report and escalate suspicious/phishing emails.
Maintain user blocklists/allowlists as per policy.
Document all actions taken during email investigations.
Key Skills & Certifications:
Working knowledge of email protocols (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Familiarity with email security platforms like Mimecast, Proofpoint.
Awareness of phishing and spam patterns.
Certifications (preferred): CompTIA Security+, Mimecast Email Security Admin
