Job Requirements
Proven experience in capacity management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and adapt to changing priorities.
Solid leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Experience with capacity management tools and technologies, such as forecasting and analytics software.
