Kibitz International Rehabilitation Centre is looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients, attendants, visitors, and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front-office activities efficiently in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients, attendants, visitors, and clients professionally.
Manage the reception/front-office area and ensure a welcoming setting.
Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and messages and direct them to the appropriate department.
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and therapy sessions.
Register new patients and maintain accurate patient information.
Assist patients with appointment-related queries and provide information about centre services.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, nurses, billing, and other departments as required.
Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures.
Maintain appointment schedules and ensure smooth patient flow.




Handle basic billing and payment-related coordination when required.
Maintain records, registers, and other front-office documentation.
Receive and respond to patient feedback and direct complaints to the appropriate team.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and professional.
Perform other administrative and front-office duties assigned by management.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Bachelor's degree.
Previous experience as a receptionist, front-office executive, hospital receptionist, or customer service executive is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good English and Malayalam communication skills.
Hindi or other language proficiency will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
