Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in the US trucking and logistics industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with US-based clients, understanding of the US logistics/trucking market, and the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify recent business leads within the US trucking and logistics industry.
Identify potential US clients and develop strong business relationships.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales activities.
Understand client requirements and present suitable logistics/business solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, and opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Build long-term relationships with US-based clients.
Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Requirements
2+ years of sales experience preferred.
Mandatory experience in US trucking, transportation, or logistics.
Previous experience working with US-based clients is required.
Strong understanding of the US trucking/logistics industry.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Comfortable working in a US shift.
Solid negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Experience with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms is an advantage.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
