Job Overview

We are looking for a driven, articulate, and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to develop current school partnerships across , Punjab

The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective schools, connecting with key decision-makers such as Principals, Directors, Trustees, and Academic Heads, generating qualified meetings, conducting product presentations and demos, and supporting the conversion of schools into long-term partners.

This is a field- and outreach-intensive B2B role requiring excellent communication, persistence, relationship-building skills, and confidence in interacting with senior school management.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential schools across Haryana, Punjab, and Delhi NCR.
Build and maintain a database of prospective schools and key decision-makers.
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn,



field visits, referrals, and networking.
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert prospects into qualified meetings.
Decision-Maker Identification
Identify the appropriate decision-makers within schools, including Principals, School Directors, Trustees/Management, Academic Heads, and School Coordinators.
Navigate school administration and front-office processes to connect with senior management.
Develop robust relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.
Sales Pipeline Management
Build and manage a structured sales pipeline from lead generation to school onboarding.
Schedule discovery calls and meetings with school leadership.
Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations for Principals, Management, and academic teams.
Support parent orientation sessions when required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or Google Shee
