Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Engineer with 1+ year of experience in CT, PT and Transformer manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily production activities as per production targets and delivery schedules.
Supervise shop-floor activities related to CT/PT and transformer manufacturing and assembly.
Ensure production is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, work instructions and quality standards.
Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, Stores, Purchase, Engineering and Testing departments.
Monitor manpower, machines, materials and production capacity.
Ensure proper availability of raw materials,



components, insulation materials, winding materials and bought-out items.
Monitor processes such as core assembly, winding, insulation, coil assembly, lead connection, assembly and final preparation as applicable to the product.
Check production parameters and ensure proper process control.
Identify production bottlenecks, delays, defects and rework, and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with the Quality department to resolve NCRs, process deviations and customer-related quality issues.
Maintain daily production reports, rejection/rework reports, material consumption records and other production documentation.
Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and finished products.
Follow 5S, safety procedures and company quality systems on the shop floor.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality and manufacturing efficiency.
