About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive – Export to support our international sales and business development activities in agro commodities. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in export sales, international trading, agro commodities, or a related industry and be comfortable communicating with overseas buyers.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent international buyers, importers, distributors, traders and manufacturers.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, online databases, trade portals and other channels.
Contact prospective buyers and introduce company products and capabilities.
Handle inquiries, prepare quotations and follow up with buyers regularly.




Maintain and develop relationships with existing international customers.
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
Understand buyer requirements related to quality, specifications, packing,quantity and delivery terms.
Negotiate prices, payment terms and commercial conditions under guidance from senior management.
Follow up on samples, approvals, purchase orders and shipments.
Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, inquiries and customer interactions.
Monitor international market trends, competitor pricing and demand for agro commodities.
Assist in preparing sales reports and weekly/monthly business development updates.

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in Export Sales / International Business Development.
Valuable verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
