Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of relevant experience in Azure infrastructure, DevOps, cloud platform engineering, or SRE roles in enterprise environments.
Proven experience in building, maintaining, and supporting Azure environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and automation tooling.
Robust experience with scripting languages including Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
Experience with configuration management and automation frameworks such as Ansible.
Experience supporting or working closely with database and OS technologies including MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Linux, and Windows.
Experience in platform security, audit support, compliance remediation, and cloud governance.
Experience with incident management, problem management, alert management, and production support in business-critical environments.




Experience resolving incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs is required.
Experience working in on-call support models for critical services is required.
Demonstrated ability to provide senior technical guidance and support to less experienced engineers is an advantage.
Experience working with internal and/or external service partners is an advantage.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes is required.
Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications are strongly preferred, in particular Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and/or Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert.
Experience in financial services or similarly regulated industries is an advantage.
