Role Purpose
As a Tactical Sourcing - Consultant for Qualified Services Category covering different sub-categories in Professional Services for high value and complex deals within the Global market. Strong knowledge and understanding of Consulting, Marketing, Personnel Services (HR), BPO sub-category.

Responsibilities
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain robust relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders
Managing the daily activities within the procurement process,



serving as the primary interface with business owners and supplier representatives
Execute sourcing projects (i.e. spot buy, RFx, Single Source) using the client and the internal systems and complying with client’s policies & procedures. Supporting and run RFI, RFP, RFQ, eAuction; creating and managing events in e-sourcing tool
Sourcing of Indirect Procurement – Qualified Services category globally
Drafting contracts based on the client’s standard terms and conditions
Negotiating contractual terms with vendors
Adhering to the client’s corporate standards, including using the defined sourcing tools and processes in the delivery of sourcing initiatives
Ensuring the functional KPIs, SLAs and other performance objectives are met
Proactively looking for optimization opportunities. Identify ways to improve related business-as-usual processes
Support analysis of proposals and producing recommendations
Negotiate deals to achieve optimal co
