We are looking for an accomplished CEO / COO to lead the overall business operations and growth strategy of a leading real estate organization.

Key Responsibilities
Drive overall business strategy, growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Lead residential real estate and villa projects from concept to completion.
Oversee project development, sales, marketing, finance, construction, and customer experience.
Develop and execute business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
Drive revenue growth, project launches, sales velocity, and profitability.
Lead and mentor senior leadership teams across functions.
Manage key stakeholders including investors, partners, consultants, contractors, and customers.
Identify current business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships.




Ensure timely project execution, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and cost control.
Provide strategic direction to the Board / Promoters and support long-term business expansion.

Candidate Profile
15+ years of overall experience with significant leadership exposure in the real estate sector.
Proven experience in residential real estate projects; exposure to villa projects will be preferred.
Solid understanding of real estate development, project execution, sales, and P&L; management.
Experience in managing large teams and multiple projects/business verticals.
Robust commercial, strategic, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Should have demonstrated experience in driving business growth and organizational transformation.
