Role Overview

We are looking for an Sr. HR Executive to support and manage day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and HR administration for a digital freight forwarding and international supply chain solutions company . The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced business workplace.

Candidates with prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, warehousing, or related industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding.
Coordinate joining formalities, employee documentation, induction, and HR records.
Support attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee-related queries.
Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Handle HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.




Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate with department heads and managers on manpower requirements.
Support training and development initiatives.
Assist in handling employee grievances and resolving HR-related concerns.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management reports as required.
Support statutory compliance and other HR administrative activities.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline with 3–6 years of relevant HR experience.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in logistics/freight forwarding/supply chain/warehousing is preferred.
Good understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
