Project Leadership: Direct and manage the entire project plan, from initial planning and blueprinting through realization, go-live, and hyper-care support.
Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, scope, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and budget.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, effectively engaging with and reporting to executive sponsors, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and driving resolutions to minimize impact.
Vendor & Resource Management: Oversee implementation partners and third-party vendors, ensuring accountability and adherence to SOWs. Coordinate and lead a cross-functional team of internal and external resources.
Financial Oversight: Manage the project budget, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial objectives are met.
PMO Alignment: Champion and adhere to the project management methodologies, governance standards, and tools established by the Project Management Office (PMO).
