Role & responsibilities :
Conduct Video KYC (VKYC) verification of customers as per company guidelines.
Verify customer identity and documents through video calls.
Ensure all KYC details and documents are accurate and complete.
Follow the required verification process and compliance guidelines.
Interact with customers professionally and resolve basic queries during the VKYC process.
Maintain accurate records of completed verifications.
Identify discrepancies or suspicious information and escalate them to the concerned team.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy targets
