Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chromeleon CDS / ELN Specialist to support and enhance laboratory informatics systems within a regulated setting. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Thermo Fisher Chromeleon CDS and Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN), with hands-on experience in system configuration, validation, integration, and user support in pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical industries.

Key Responsibilities
Manage, configure, and support Chromeleon CDS (Thermo Fisher) systems across laboratory settings
Administer and maintain Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Perform system validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ, documentation, and compliance reviews
Collaborate with laboratory, QA/QC, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions




Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GMP, GLP, and 21 CFR Part 11
Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of system-related issues
Support data migration, system upgrades, and integration with other enterprise systems (LIMS, ERP, etc.)
Develop and maintain SOPs, user manuals, and training materials
Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing technical support
Drive continuous improvements in lab informatics systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LIMS or other lab informatics systems
Exposure to scripting or database concepts (SQL, APIs, etc.)
Certification in Chromeleon CDS or ELN platforms
Background in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field
