Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR & Organizational Development with strong hands-on expertise in Learning & Development, Talent Management, PMS, HR Analytics, Employee Engagement, and Reward & Recognition. The role will focus on strengthening talent, performance, employee development, and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Learning & Development initiatives, training needs analysis, and employee capability development.
Manage Talent Management, including succession planning, potential/HiPo management, talent identification, and talent pool development.
Lead the PMS cycle, including goal setting, KRA/KPI alignment, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.
Develop HR dashboards, MIS, and analytics using robust MS Excel skills.




Design and implement Employee Engagement initiatives to improve employee experience and retention.
Manage Reward & Recognition (R&R;) programs and ensure effective recognition of employee contributions.
Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to management.
Work closely with business leaders and functional heads on HR and OD initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
10+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR & OD.
Strong knowledge of L&D;, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Potential Management, PMS, and Goal Setting.
Positive understanding of Employee Engagement and Reward & Recognition practices.
Solid skills in MS Excel, HR Analytics, and HR MIS.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Willingness to work at Kuntighat. Accommodation will be provided.
