Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design projects from concept development through construction and completion.
Develop and review concept designs, layouts, working drawings, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and other consultants.
Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, material selections, and technical submissions.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, local regulations, NBC requirements, and project standards.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to resolve design and construction-related issues.
Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and deliverables.
Lead and mentor junior architects, designers, and drafting teams.




Review and approve drawings and design documentation prepared by the team.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders and present design proposals and project updates.
Support project planning, cost optimization, and value-engineering initiatives.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and other technical documents.
Ensure proper coordination between design intent and in office execution.
Maintain high standards of architectural quality, accuracy, and professionalism.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
