Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Draftsman with strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other electrical design/drafting software. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate electrical drawings, layouts, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare electrical drawings, layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
Prepare lighting, power, cable routing, single-line diagrams, and electrical installation drawings.
Modify and revise drawings based on project requirements.
Coordinate electrical drawings with architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams.
Ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards.
Maintain proper drawing records and revisions.
Support the project team with technical drawings and documentation.
Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
Knowledge of Revit MEP, Dialux/Dialux Evo, SketchUp, or other related software will be an added advantage.
Valuable understanding of electrical drawings and layouts.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Positive coordination and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience in facade lighting / architectural lighting projects will be an added advantage.
