Key Responsibilities
Production Planning:
Collaborate with the production planning department to develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
Production Management:
Managing production activities through contract manufacturing partners to ensure planned output, quality, cost efficiency, timely delivery, and adherence to agreed production schedules and specifications.
Quality Control:
Enforce and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
Implement measures to identify and rectify any deviations from quality standards.
To ensure quality check of every batch and share it with R&D; team for COA preparation
Safety Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a protected working setting.
Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for production staff.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Collaborate with relevant departments to implement changes and optimize production workflows.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular production reports detailing key performance indicators, production outputs, and any issues encountered.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory levels and raw material usage.
Warehousing Management
Strategically plan and manage warehouse operations to ensure optimum utilisation of space, manpower, infrastructure and resources.
Lead and monitor 3PL/contract warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs, service levels, cost and operational standards.
Establish and monitor inventory control systems, including stock accuracy, batch traceability, FIFO/FEFO, ageing and reconciliation.
Develop warehouse capacity and infrastructure plans in line with business growth, inventory levels and future requirements.
