Source candidates through job portals, references, and other channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and HODs.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, and candidate follow-ups.
Ensure timely joining and effective pre-joining coordination.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
