About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, engaging with prospects, converting leads into customers, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable Niveshartha solutions.
Conduct product/service presentations and follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain and update leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospects and customers.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate sales pipeline data.

Requirements
14 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Financial Services Sales.
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over calls and meetings.
Target-oriented with a robust desire to achieve sales goals.
Good understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned targets.
Candidates with experience in Fintech, BFSI, SaaS, or financial products will be preferred.
