Job Description – Visual Merchandiser:
Develop recent seasonal window concepts, props, and other VM elements in line with brand guidelines and seasonal requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for sample windows, prototypes, props, and recent VM elements, ensuring timely execution and quality.
Create and manage brand packs, seasonal planograms, and recent store planograms effectively as per brand guidelines and store requirements.
Ensure timely implementation of planograms across stores and conduct regular reviews to maintain VM standards.
Conduct store visits during seasonal changeovers to evaluate VM execution, identify gaps, and guide store teams on the correct display standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and regional VM teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of VM initiatives.
